i did have this working at one time but now i have nothing working. ndiswrapper does not work for me nor the driver provied by ubuntu. ndiswrapper say can not find hardware put say yes to hardware in box and the ubuntu will not activate. i have also downloaded the driver from broadcom and it does not work either.

im uning 2.6.28-15-generic

having simmilar issues here. I'm on an acer netbook, and the driver will not install.

i was able to install the driver after i did a complete reinstall of my ubuntu system. I use the text based installer not the live cd. why becuse i like the text based better to me it seems to make the install go faster. once i was done i used the driver provied by ubuntu in the install other driver opion under the admin menu. I writting this from work going off of memory and at work i only have windows

I think i remember now i used ubuntu driver from the hardware list under system>administraion>hardware driver
