It appears that version of Screem (0.12) that ships with Breezy does not support turning off "inline tagging". This is that annoying feature where you type < and a menu shows up. You turn it off in the dialog box and the application doesn't "take" that value -- it just keeps inline tagging turned on 100% of the time.
Is there a file hack I can do with Screem to turn this feature off?
Is there a way to upgrade my Screem on Ubuntu without causing Breezy to act wacky? (Such as mucking up my glib libraries so that Screem works but nothing else in Ubuntu works)
