I want to do some screen captures and record my desktop for some youtube videos.

One of the issues is I'm running Conky and it displays some of my system outputs. Ones that concern me are my network's IP address. 192.168.1.10X for example. This isn't dangerous right? Everyone has one similar on a network, right?

What about the output for my user and system name? For example, mine might say TheFunkbomb@TheFunkbomb-Laptop. Is that dangerous or should it be edited out of the videos?

All IPs in the form of 192.168.* and 10.10.* (think I'm a bit off on the second one) are local to your local area network. They're meaningless to anyone without access to your network. (They're like room numbers in a hotel; meaningless to anyone who doesn't know what hotel you're talking about or allowed access in.) Same thing with hostnames in most cases.
