Have a look at those installers: http://liflg.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=949
And _please_ give feedback on the liflg-forum after you tried the new installer.

Hi
Is there an idiots guide to using this installer? It looks like the thing I'm after. But how do you run or whatever the .bin file?
I tried just using wine (by right-clicking in gnome and selecting wine) and although it looked successful, I guess the settings weren't right, because the graphics were garbled (the sound worked), and then it gave an error and exited.

I'm glad I saw this thread. I never knew SC3K was released in a native Linux version. I'll have to go get it & see if I can make it work on my Ubuntu 9.10 install.

Ever thought about giving feedback on the LIFLG forum? We'll help you as good as we can, but you have to move your lazy *** and reports non-working installers!

First thing is to track down a copy of the Linux edition to buy. Amazon.com doesn't have it, but I can probably find it on eBay.
