Where is my DVD drive? Doesn't show up in optical, how do I add?

Hi,

I wanted to play a DVD movie of mine in Mythbuntu, but when I went to eject the drive via going to optical disks, the only ones in the list was my CD-RW drive, and my floppy, but not my DVD-Rom. How can I add this to myth so I can play/rip my DVD movies?

HEY OTHER DERRICK: you should try setting the location of your dvd device to /dev/sr0 or what ever the dvd device number is on your system

utilitis/setup>setu>media setting>video settings>general settings
