Alright, I had a sudden attack of nastalgia recently, and two old games came back to me, I remember bits and pieces of the games, but no names. I'm not quite sure how old they are but I'm thinking 8+ years at least, probably a lot more

The first was an RTS with starcraftish graphics, set in the future. All I recall clearly is that the builder/gatherer unit was some kind of big machine with beetle-like pincer things, and that two of the combat units were infantry who fired rifles and grenediers who throw little grenades. I'm also pretty sure you were fighting other humans and that one of the missions you started with just one infantry guy. I'm thinking this one might have been command and conquor, but I'm not sure

The second game was a really simple little thing with basic graphics and text commands, just one step up from a pure text based adventure. You played as a pirate, in the begining the objective was to get a bottle of whisky or beer to a prison guard so you can steal his key and bust your buddy out of prison to steal a ship, I don't know what happens later in the game because I couldn't ever get the stupid guard to take the alcohol.

Anyway, these have been kinda bugging me, does anyone know what they were called?

That's what I'd put my money on.

I really don't know.

Could also be Dune 2000. Same basic idea.

Maybe Runescape? Remember a quest similar to that in there..

The first one may be KND (kill and destroy), i think.
Edit: I think the real name was KKND(krush, kill and destroy).
