Hi all,
I have an install of mythTV that I just got done doing. The problem: this was an Xperinet unit and I assumed I was going to be able to control everything from telnet, that is true up to the point that I start a ripped movie, as soon as the movie starts the tcp session stops responding until either the movie is complete or aborted (escape). As soon as the movie is quit I regain control. Is there something I am missing? I cant really tell them that they need to make sure they pick the right movie, because they cant control it again till its over. Sorry if I am missing something obvious. Or is there another way to emulate a keypress from telnet that doesnt rely on mythTV, that was it looks just like a keyboard press.
