Hey guys,

This is probably not a Ubuntu problem (but then again I have never seen this on other OS) but it was interesting anyway and I just wonder if any of you have see this before and can maybe tell me what they might be up to here.

It's really annoying these marketing ppl think they have a right to try and have sex with my computer. It is one thing if it is consensual, but now I just feel so... so violated.

Damn you Yahoo. If I wanted to be probed I would drive a pickup truck through rural Louisiana late at night.

Port = 40453
Source = ad1.p1.vip.rm.sp1.yahoo.com
Protocol = TCP
Service = Unknown

Status: Blocked by firewall (apparently)

A quick google of the source of your blocked "intrusion" shows on this site

I have no knowledge of any of this but was just interested to see what it might be. It was blocked, anyway, so I wouldn't worry too much.

Do you think it is a "free webspace" website from some private individual who has a yahoo account and therefore "yahoo.com" appears in the website address? I have no idea, however, why it should attempt to infiltrate your machine, if that is what happened.
