What mirror?
Try a different mirror?
Wait longer? (I have seen it paused a long time)
Using a proxy? Proxy OK?

Mine used to always hang at that point, and I think it still might, I can't really remember. It just sits there for a couple minutes and then continues. I'd try leaving it for like 5 or 10 minutes to see if it continues or actually stops. Another thing to try is to unplug your computer from the network, because if I remember correctly at that point it's trying to configure the network.

Try checking the disk for errors before you try an install. The option is on the main menu when you first boot your pc. If it shows errors you will need to burn another copy. This happened to me a couple of months ago.

This issue was solved.
I had to wait for 15 mins and then it continued to install.
Many thanks people for helping me out.
