Error message when gnome starts..

hi all.
when gnome starts this error message appear:

Could not update ICEauthority file /home/veesham/.ICEauthority

i need to close
for gnome to resume loading
how to get rid of it?

here is what i did

sudo chmod 777 /home/veesham/.ICEauthority

well it needed just to change the permissions
