PPC Server login issues

Hello,

For some reason I cant login to ubuntu server I have installed it three times and put the same user name and password each time when installing it to the PPC. But for some reason when it prompts for the login after a clean install it says the user name and password is incorrect. Is there anything I can do.

I have also tried to log in as root but I dont know what the password would be

Try to log in in single use mode. Then reset the root password and try again.

Well I hate to ask but how do you boot into single user mode via yaboot?
