Hello everyone,

I have finally now managed to get absolutely everything set up except the following:

I have a wifi connection to the internet
I have a wired connection running to an old xbox running xbmc

Now I have the wifi working (wlan0) and I can browse around happily but I can't ping my xbox (due to wired not enabled), I then enable my wired connection eth0 and I can ping my xbox but I lose all internet connectivity although wlan0 is still connected.

How can I make these coexist? I *think* the problem lies in that when I enable eth0 it uses that as default for internet.

This is the last bit standing in my way of deleting my dirty windows partition and making a full migration, I have ran into this several times now and has always been a show stopper.

In windows I solved this by bridging the 2 connections and it worked...

Any help appreciated and as detailed as possible as I'm definitely no wizard =o)

ps. Just noticed I have 8.10 instead of 8.04 ooops
