CompizFusion

Anyone else had problems with CompizFusion on MacBook?
Installing it has given me no end of grief!
First it gave me a black screen, then when I tried to remove it Gnome wouldn't work right, lost title bars - still havn't got alt-tab working again, hmmm I think a partition reformat is in order.

First go at GNU/Linux on Mac -- failled lets try again!

I have had the opposite of your experience. compiz just works. I have not had a single problem.

This is on a macbook 5,1 running Karmic using default compiz and nvidia binary drivers.
