Half Life 2 / CS system requirements?

I'm about to buy cedega along with half life 2 / Counter strike : Source, and I was wondering how my PC would handle it. The system requirements written on the game box says I should be ok, but sometimes those requirements must be quite higher to actually have a good experience.

I have an AthlonXP 2100+, 512MB, GF4 TI4200 128MB.

How's that? Will it acheve at least 30 FPS?

You might struggle a little in places. (frame rate drops)
I used a athlon 2800, 512 ram and a Geforce FX5500 (256mb on board). Whilst on the whole the game palyed ok providing i dropped the resolution to 800x600 and had the advance setting set to minium details, shadows etc. It would struggle during intense moments (big fire fights etc)
