I've got a Dell Inspiron 531 S with an NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430. The set-up screen views fine (choose language and install/run options) but when it runs, the display for the actual install is shifted into the upper left corner of the screen after start-up, showing only the lower right portion of the window, and 3/4 is black screen. There are several posts describing how to add/repair the proprietary drivers with display issues, but none will work for me, cos I can't see the drop downs to acess these. Any suggestions or help? It's unuseable to me at this point.
