What is a Dual Redundant Hot Swap 830 Watt Power Supply?

They come up as an option for the Eland servers.

Many servers have dual power supplies that are hot-swappable. So if one dies, the other will keep the server going. It allows you to replace the power supply while the machine is on, without interrupting server operations.
