Wine text got screwed up!!! HEEEEEEEEEEELP

Any text in any wine app is unreadable!!! I installed old versions and newer versions of wine but they all have the same problem, please help.

Did you "sudo apt-get remove --purge remove" the old version of wine? I'm guessing its the stable version 1.0.1.

Run rm -rf .wine in terminal and this should fix your problem.

Ive seen this before, its fixed by doing something with the wine registry... I'm looking for the same fix myself, I found it once before. I'll report back when I find it.
