I have 2 monitors, one 1920x1080 (BenQ G2220HD), one 1680x1050 (Acer AL2051W). The bigger one is the "main" screen and on the left. It is attached to the DVI port, the smaller one to the VGA port. It's working fairly well, with 1 problem:

Watching movies on the big screen I get a really ugly "bar" running down the screen slowly. This "bar" takes about 10 seconds to run from the top to the bottom of the screen, then it starts at the top again. Basically it looks like everything above and below this bar is a frame apart. I'm thinking this is maybe some refresh-rate issue as both screen maybe have different refresh rates, but that's just an uneducated guess. nvidia-settings claims the screen is running at 60Hz which seems a little know, but

If anyone has an idea how to fix this issue please let me know! below is my xorg.conf. It's auto-generated by nvidia-settings.
