Server install script (no video)

I have a laptop without a screen and no working video adapter.

Is there a ubuntu server cd that will automatically install without any user input?

Ubiquity has --unnatended, but NCurses based installer i don't know...

Or can i use a live cd guess to select boot from live cd and then will id have ssh running by default then I could login with some default login?

That did not work too well.

I would like a CD that I can boot that will auto install linux with sshd (without user input).
Is there a such thing?
