I have read people here are running D945GCLF2 as desktop, and some as media center.

So I guess that the Atom 330 is ok for media and that.

But how about a webserver?

I going to run Apache2, GD2, MySQL, PHP, FTP and SSH

on the Apache I going to have a nice CMS system and some PHP script. It also going to help me stream FLV and MP4 with flash and show JPEG image that is ~8mb each.

Is that any problem for the Atom 330 with 2 GB memory?

To add, I have a webserver using this board. Cost about 200 dollars for the entire set up (case, hard drive, board, power supply, etc), and it runs wonderfully. The only problem is that I cannot get thermal information outside of the bios, but that's not a big deal. It's also completely silent, if you remove the noisy fan and replace it with a 6 dollar Mini Scythe (40mm).
