Hello, I am currently working on a few projects and I am trying to find some kind of Vocal Remover so I can strip MP3's to Vocals and Instrumentals. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance. -CJ

i think ardour has got a plugin that removes the voice in a track. it works pretty good i think. it's enough for karaoke or fretting some songs for frets on fire.

Hi, Is it Ardour GTK2 that you meant?

Are you sure that this software can help in removing the vocal from songs? I really need software that capable to do so other than audacity.

@alfannani: I recommend you google this along with frequency filtering. Becasue that's exactly what these "tools" do: they filter the common frequency of human voices.

Audacity does do it well, depending on the song and how much time you are willing to spend on blanking out vocals.
