View Full Version : [SOLVED] SDHC Card doesnīt want to make shortcuts?

:confused: As said - see picture- i want to use my SDHC as storage, and want to put the shortcuts on desktop. But i canīt make any shortcuts. For now, i see no other problems with SDHC AData 16GB card-can read and copy/delete files...
Dell Mini 9 + Ubuntu 9.04

I tried sudo nautilus, but with the same output.

Anyone knows what is wrong here?

Ok, i made shortcuts with "launcher", but still-does anyone knows why i can not make "normal" shortcuts (right click) to my files in SDHC Card?

So, i found it: it seems that links/shortcuts are not supported on FAT formated disks (and my SDHC is FAT32 formated):
