I recently decided to install ubuntu on my laptop running vista. I am very inexperienced with ubuntu and chose a live CD first. Immediately I noticed that the internet would not connect. It showed my network in the manager but would not connect. Does live CD mattter? Please help and be verry detailed i have almost no experiance.
