Desktop panel problem

I'm using Ubuntu Jaunty. I right-clicked on an application window tab that you see on the panel on the bottom of the desktop and mistakenly selected "Remove from panel". Now the tabs of active applications/windows cannot be seen on the panel. How can I get them back?

Select +Add to panel
Scroll down to Notification Area and add
