Need To Archive Ubuntu Partition as Backup

Greetings:

I need to archive my whole Ubuntu 9.10 partition, which it shares on a 900mHz G3 iBook's HD with 10.4.11 and 10.3.9. I REALLY need the simplest non-geek/non-techie way to do this since Retrospect is totally blind that Ubuntu exists, hence can't back it up on another HD.

Any assist would be much appreciated.

Can you fill me with these:

1) How do you want to backup (DVD, CD, Tape, inside the same HDD, inside Mac, other )?

2) Is there any reason you want to backup the whole Ubuntu? I mean, are you planning to move it or remove it?
