Install game

I have installed Halflife through Steam and running it with wine. How do I allow other users to access Steam (which is a program that runs HL and other games) ?

The easiest way would be to copy your ~/.wine directory to their home directories. This would have to be redone each time you install games though.

The best way would be to configure wine to use a globally accessible directory such as /usr/share/wine where all users have read/write permissions or something.

tried to share wine to run steam, but it says it's in usr/share/wine directory and it's a root dir so i can't.

Anyone else tried to install games thru wine or HL that can help ????

sorry forgot to had. game is running, just wanting to let other users on machine play it from their user acct
