Hi,
Ive set my system up on a 80GB HD.
Ive halved it.
One half has 2 NTFS partitions, one 10GB system (XP) and 30BG documents.
the other half I let ubuntu auto partition 512MB Swap and the rest system & Documents.
I am now all set up and I would like to chop my nearly 40GB ext3 into 10(S) + 30(D) GB.
I know if I try to do any partitioning in XP with Partition Magic my Linux will become un bootable because I have done this a few times unintensionally before I realised what had messed it up.
I installed QParted but when I start the program it says it cant identify some of the filesystems and then closes again.
How can I chop this active partition without destroying anything, what do I need ?
