WoW Installer Issue In Wine

Ok so when I run the installer it comes up saying cant download installer close everything else you are in and I had nothing open? There is a screen shot and yes in the screen shot I had something open but I didnt before and I got the same error...

I have gotten that error on windows as well when my router was blocking the ports it needed to download. Here is blizzard's guide, just skim it and make sure none of these are your problem.
