I'm almost sold...

I have tried many times to get a distro installed. I was successful with mandrake, suse, college and now thankfully ubuntu. This is in my experience the most noob friendly linux yet. I booted from the install cd that I recieved FREE in the mail and before I knew it, boom I was online.

Until I get used to it I'm running a dual boot. But, i'm looking foward to making the leap sometime in the future. Thanks so much for all your hard work and this excellent support site.

Ubuntu worked out of the box for me..........then I broke it on my own! But it worked out of the box, I am sure I will always use it, but dunno if I will ever totally ditch windoze.

Great! It worked fine for me, it just takes some setting up to get it just the way you like it ;)
