Help with Privoxy

Do i ask privoxy related questions here? Meh, i found someone else asking them here.

Version: 3.0.12 for windows
OS: Vista x64
Browser: Google Chrome

I'm having some trouble with blocking a certain ad. For some reason it's not blocked automatically.
Although I'm not positive I think it is is possible to add a line of text to the "untrusted" text file under "templates". Am i correct?
I have no experience with html code (or whatever the file is written in)and have no idea where to add this line of text.
If someone could kindly provide me with the exact line(s) of text required and the location, I would be very grateful.
The add is located at http://www.torrentleech.org/index.php It is the ad that shows 5 pictures of girls and a question similar to "want a date?".
It's also the only ad not blocked on that site and it may be nescesary to refresh several times to see it.
I only need the pictures blocked, the text can stay or go as it doesn't bother me.

I suggest you use Adblock and / or noscript.

If you use a browse other then Firefox, use a hosts file ;)

Otherwise what have you done to set up your proxy ? What how to are you following ?
