I recently upgraded from intrepid to jaunty (directly by clicking the provided "upgrade" button at the software-update dialogue-box). Initially I thought things went well, but now I'm encountering some problems, the latest which is that Amarok isn't what it used to be. When I click on media (say for example an mp3) I get the following message:

This never happened when I was on intrepid.

FYI: the Amarok was Version 2.0.2

i HAD THE SAME PROBLEM IN JAUNTY ,WHEN I UPGRADED FROM 8.10 INTREPID.
I TRIED TO REINSTALL IT , INSTALL IT (AMAROK) AGAIN FROM THE WEB SITE BUT NEVER WORKED FINE , I EVEN TRIED TO INSTALL A DIFFERENT VERSION ,DEVELOPMENT VERSION CALLED I THINK DEVEL OR SOMETHING.
aND IT'S A PITY CAUSE IT WAS THE BEST PLAYER FOR UBUNTU. I HOPE SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS BUG.
OVBIOUSLY I'VE GOT NO SOLUTION FOR THE AMOROK PROBLEM.....
