Hello,

I was setting DW up with an account on the Ubuntu NetBook, when I ran into an issue with a keychain prompt. The prompt is titled:

"Enter password for default keyring to unlock"

...with the text

"The application NetworkManager Applet (/usr/bin/nm-applet) wants to access the default keyring, but it is locked."

I have entered the password for my wife, me, and root, none of which are accepted. I don't recall setting up a password for the default keyring. A similar issue like this persists with Mac OS 10.4, but is fixed by disabling keychain all together. Is that possible with Ubuntu?

Clicking "Deny" after three repetitive prompts, finally gets rid of the prompt, and is followed by a password prompt for the wifi network. She can get onto the wifi and browse the web, but that keyring prompt comes up each time she logs in to Gnome.

Thoughts?

Thanks!
