Seeing Desktop Commands?

Would it be possible to write a program (or a script) that replaces all the pop up tooltip/comments on the desktop, with the terminal commands that they execute?
I think that this would be a good way to help people remember all the different commands. It could also help to make new Linux users less afraid of using the command line if they get used to seeing them.
I know that u can fill in the details yourself, but this would be very time consuming.

:confused: firefox %u on mine & some commands are a lot different from the basic name of the program.

I dont think there is a short way to do this, you chould teach the user how to look it up but thats all i got sorry
