Hello everyone!

I want know if there is command, a program to turn the microphone reproduction on and off (I'm sure there is, but I don't know how to do this).

I can do this through the gnome-volume-control, but I want to do it through the command line.

I'm using pulseaudio.

I hope somebody can help! Thank you a lot!

BUMP

Can't anybody just say something at least? If it isn't so easy to do then at least say what do you think, any suggestion will be appreciated. Or is it that no one has understood me?

What I want is to mute the microphone, but I don't want to do it through the gnome-volume-manager, I want to do it with a command, and with it make a script so that every time I want to mute it and un-mute (every time I run this program) don't have to click on the microphone's speaker icon in the gnome-volume-manager.

Did I make myself clear?

Thank you very much!!
