Hello,
I am dual booting vista and jaunty, and I have a shared ntfs partition for common files. I have VMWare Player installed on both OS. I originally installed XP on the Vista Partition and it works perfectly. I decided to move the Xp vmdk file to the shared partition and try to access it from ubuntu. The VM still works ok from Vista (though it seems slower and a bit quirky). However, when I open up the VM on ubuntu, XP loads, but the mouse disappears and and everything freezes up. I have to reboot. Anyone have a similar experience suggestion on how to make this work properly?
