VirtualBox seamless mode Jaunty 64

I have Win 2000 running in VB with Jaunty 64 as the host.
Every time I go to seamless mode all my Desktop icons and the panels in jaunty disappear.
If I go to the Win 2000 start button they reappear until I leave the start button. When I leave seamless mode they reappear.
I would like to use the seamless mode.
Its VB 3.02.

For the record, I am having the same issue with Windows XP as the guest. It seems can get either Windows programs or Linux programs, but not both, seamlessly at least.

I have the same problem with Windows XP as guest except that it only happens when I don't have any windows open. If I open a window in Windows XP everything works perfectly. Also, Windows XP dissapears if I turn the virtual machine off while in seamless mode.

It would be very useful if anyone knows how to fix this problem. :-)
