I do not know the structure of the Ubuntu Forum Servers, but if there is more that one server can one be taken out of the ubuntuforums domain and linked to from a wiki page at ubuntu.com ?

This loss of service of our very important forums is frustrating.

The unreliable "Ubuntu" webservers will give some the impression that Ubuntu is itself is unreliable.

This is clearly not the case if the forum is running on Cent OS, but most people will not know that.

the ubuntu admins are working hard to fix this we had a hw problem as I understand nothing could be done about it, del.is.us has hw problems the other day and so did last.fm, This is somehting that you cant do anything to stop

also in 2 months we are moving to a Canonical server!
