i have downloaded mugen from

this is the one i downloaded
Mugen v14.04.2002 (Linux) (http://www.mugenation.com/download.php?id=812)
when i got the file it read LinuxMugen.2.tar.bz2.bz2
then after extracting it once i got LinuxMugen.2.tar.bz2
then when i try to extract it again i got an error message reading
bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file.
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
can anyone help?
