I am using the Screen application.
I ran rtorrent in a previous session, then closed my putty screen.
I've logged back on and I can see that rtorrent is running but I can't display the application.
How do I redisplay a running application?

Dude, try using the search engine (http://www.rackaid.com/resources/linux-tutorials/general-tutorials/using-screen/).

Thanks but I don't have any detached screens to restore.
I couldn't find any help on how to display a job that's already running into a screen.
I killed the job and restarted it in a screen. That worked but I'd still like to know how to do it without killing the job first.

There is a difference in using 'jobs' in Linux and the screen tool. Jobs can be ended by using CTRL+Z for example. Have a look at this page (http://kb.iu.edu/data/afnw.html) and it will be all clear I think :)
