I get:


An error occurred:

Could not read from resource.

I looked around, couldn't find anything. If anyone can help me out that'd be great. :)

I had a similar issue and was given this link...

I installed the libdvdread4 files and that fixed it, and now my dvd's run just fine.

you could also try playing it with VLC ,works well

install libdvdcss2 and libdvdread4 from mediubuntu repo

I don't know what VLC is.


install libdvdcss2 and libdvdread4 from mediubuntu repo.

I did both those, and it still doesn't work. :(

EDIT: I found and installed VLC, and it works like a charm. :)

I don't know what VLC is.
