Well the title pretty much tells you what I've been researching... I want to have a computer that I can run 2 OS on them at the same time each with their own keyboard, mouse, and monitor, also sound. Any ideas or if this is even possible? Any input is appreciated.

Virtualization allows for a guest OS inside a host OS. They would share the keyboard and mouse, you woulnd't use two keyboards and two mice.

It may be possible, you need to look at what is called "multiseating"

Run the guest full screen in the second seat.
