I am assuming from the above comments those connections are to your ISP.

Not exactly sure but just a guess it is your connection to the server of your ISP.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_service_provider - read the part about ISP Interconnection ;) More over, if you are worried about security, call them and ask, why you have 3 established connections with these IP's !

i did some research googling around and find this:

backbone.otenet.net is a domain controlled by two nameservers at otenet.net. They are on the same IP network. nb.org, makona.com, otenet.net, prinou.com, stollas.com and at least 22 other hosts share nameservers with this domain. inet2-athe.backbone.otenet.net, athe-inet2.backbone.otenet.net and maro7200-bb3.backbone.otenet.net are subdomains to this hostname. otenet.net is a domain controlled by two nameservers also at otenet.net. They are on the same IP network. Incoming mail for otenet.net is handled by two mailservers at otenet.gr. They are on different IP networks.

so i guess i visited a site related to them
