I was wondering how I can forward a port on my computer to another on the network. Google hasn't been much help to me on this. Here is what I'm trying to do: localhost:8080 would be the equiv of going to 192.168.1.123:80

If anybody could help me that would be great!

That's not what I'm trying to do. I wanna make port 8080 go to 80 on another computer. ;)

Ok, so I have everything all set up. Can you please tell me how I can now use firestarter to forward the port?

open firestarter and go to policies and look at the 3rd table which gives you forwarding options

That area isn't available.

PS: I have added some rules to the second block but I just GIMPed it out.

EDIT: Never mind, I had to enable connection sharing the the settings.
