I just built an HTPC that I use for watching tv, watching movies, etc. However, I also intend to use the box as a server. One issue I have is that the integrated GPU runs extremely hot, usually idling at around 68 or so celsius. I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to tell my GPU to sleep when its inactive. I'm running an Nvidia 9400 GPU integrated into this motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128363 . If anyone has any idea how to do this, or suggestions at places to look, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you enable laptop mode then power mizer built into nvidia driver will clock the GPU down to save power thereby cooling it.
