Audio Pitch Slightly Off

I have a frontend that I recently installed Mythbuntu 9.04. Everything seems to work well except that when playing back recordings the audio pitch is slightly higher than normal. Almost like the audio is sped up, if I was not already familiar with actors voices I probably would not even notice. I have two other frontends, one Knoppmyth and one Mythbuntu 8.04, and neither of them have this issue. Any ideas?

Total guess, but try setting MythTV to use audio as the timebase in the setup and see if that makes any difference?
