Those entries should probably be there:
/dev/shm sounds like the shared-memory device
/var/lock is where programs place lockfiles. Having it mounted as a separate fs type actually sounds like a good idea (especially if it is in volatile storage - a reboot will fix lock errors. Yay!)
Not sure what /var/run is used for, but it's used for something ;)

I can see three entries that probably shouldn't be there! varrun, varlock and devshm.
