I would like to request a backport of xkeyboard-config 0.6-6
Version(s) desired: xkeyboard-config 0.6-6,
It meets the Backports requirements (IMHO yes)
Reason why it's requested:On a fresh install of Breezy, and after having installed all updates, the keyboard layout switcher (Keyboard Indicator 2.12.1) does not work. When changing keyboard layouts the whole desktop theme cycles several times from the default theme to the current theme and the new keyboard layout is ignored and never applied. This is reported also in the following post from the ubuntu forums:

In summary, a using keyboard layout additionally to the default one does not work.
Installing the packages suggested on the first link and reapplying the keyboard layouts seems to solve the problem.
