i have the wireless router secure without broadcasting ssid and the security at wep with 64 bits 10 hex digits encryption. Ubuntu does not give an option for 64 bits, only 128 or 40/128 whatever that means. do i have to change the router settings or enter it a different way on ubuntu. I try to enter the 10 digit key but it does not work with ubuntu but on xp everything is fine. please help.

Reconfigure your router to WPA or WPA2
