Hi

I have installed ubuntu 8.10 on my compaq presario with an amd64. I have noticed nothing that is integrated with my laptop seems to work. My webcam doesnt work, nor the integrated mic or speakers.

I ran a dmesg | grep -i cam and got this:
uvcvideo: Found UVC 1.00 device HP Webcam (090c:c371)
input: HP Webcam as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:12.2/usb3/3-6/3-6:1.0/input/input9

Now that means my cam is getting recognized. How do i use it. I wanna be able to use it on skype 2.0. I tried installing camorama, but no use.

Any help on getting any of the integrated peripherals working would be huge.
Thanks
Asim
