Hello
I have just configured my mythbuntu system with lirc - I have a Hauppage Nova-T USB stick with silver & black Hauppage remote.
I previously had the remote configured for Kaffeine but I have commented out the include for it. The remote is working fine in mythtv but when I press a key on it the screen goes blank for a second and then reappears after the action has been performed - e.g. press the down button on the remote and the screen will blank and return with the selection on the next one down. The weird thing is that if I use the keyboard it doesn't blank but works as expected.
The system I have is using onboard graphics and the Qt engine (it's not quick enough for OpenGL).
I would have thought it is an lirc problem as the keyboard works fine.
